Ski Martock
Consistent weekly training at the club's primary freestyle performance base.
Freestyle Performance Pathway
LuCrew is Maritime Jibbers' freestyle performance pathway for selected riders ready for more training, more competition and a higher level of commitment—without losing the creativity, progression and crew culture that make snowboarding what it is.
LuCrew gives freestyle athletes a clear next step beyond regular club-team programming. Riders train consistently at Martock, work toward individual technical and competition goals, and travel to selected events across Canada. The pathway is demanding, but the culture stays rider-first: strong coaching, creativity, accountability, team connection and a genuine love of snowboarding.

High performance in freestyle snowboarding is not just about tricks. LuCrew develops movement quality, decision-making, consistency, competition readiness, confidence and the ability to adapt when conditions or plans change. Riders are expected to bring effort and accountability, but coaching remains rooted in snowboard culture: style matters, creativity matters, riding with your crew matters and progression should still feel rewarding.

Off-snow preparation supports durability, movement quality and the physical capacity needed for a long competitive season.
Coaches work with riders on event selection, preparation, goals and travel expectations based on the athlete's stage.
Optional performance support can help athletes build practical habits around fueling, recovery, focus, confidence, competition routines and managing the mental demands of training and travel.
LuCrew is not simply the next program because a rider is older. It is the right fit when an athlete is ready for the training volume, coaching environment and competition commitment that come with a performance pathway.
Riders who are motivated to train consistently, take coaching, work through difficult progressions, compete and contribute positively to a performance team.
Wentworth and Martock Freestyle Teams remain excellent places to progress, compete and build toward LuCrew without rushing the process.
